Is Dawn really free forever?
Yes. Dawn will always be free. We believe everyone deserves a solid task management tool. Paid tiers add AI intelligence and deeper features.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You'll see a gentle prompt to upgrade. Nothing breaks — you just can't use that specific feature beyond the limit until the next day (for daily limits) or until you upgrade.
Can I switch tiers anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you downgrade, you keep access to your data but features beyond your tier become read-only.
What's the beta about?
DayZen is in public beta. All tiers are currently free while we refine the experience. Early adopters who sign up during beta will lock in their rate forever when paid plans launch.
How does AI scheduling use my data?
DayZen uses Anthropic's Claude API. Your tasks and calendar data are sent to Claude for scheduling decisions. Anthropic does not train on API data. Your information stays private.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all your tasks, goals, and calendar data as JSON or CSV at any time from Settings.
